Returns and Cancellations
All our furniture is bespoke/ tailor-made to order. Returns or cancellations can only be made by prior consent. Should you wish to make a return or cancellation, you must email email@example.com Cancellations will only be considered if given in writing. No verbal cancellation will be accepted.
We will not accept unauthorised returns.
All furniture from Ayala are bespoke/ tailor-made to order. Any request to cancel an order must be made in writing. Salon furniture orders cannot be cancelled once production is scheduled. This is usually within 24 hours of payment. Bespoke orders cannot be cancelled once production is scheduled. In the event that cancellation is granted a fee of not less than 20% will be made of the total value of the order.
Salon furniture cannot be returned once delivery is made except in the event of fault or damage in transit. Any such damage or fault should be reported immediately to firstname.lastname@example.org Delivery paperwork should be clearly marked “damaged goods” along with details of damage. Crewe Orlando will require photographic evidence of any damage within 24 hours in order to consider any claim.
In the event of a delivery being refused or missed additional charges may apply.
The safe return of any furniture is your responsibility. Please ensure you use a signed for courier dispatch and include your returns authorisation along with written details of the reason for return.
All furniture on our website is described fairly and accurately. Descriptions are generalisations and we do not guarantee the suitability of any goods for any specific person or for specific use.
No furniture is supplied for trial and any use of brand new furniture will render it second hand and can only be returned in the instance of fault.

All prices are shown excluding VAT. VAT will be charged at 20% in the shopping cart prior to purchase.
All transactions will either be by BACS or handled by Worldpay. Crewe Orlando do not store any card or bank details.
It is not possible to add an exact shipping charge in the cart as this figure is dependent on the total amount of furniture you purchase. As such, we will charge an initial £40 + VAT on every order and provide an extra shipping quotation once your order has been placed if the charge is more than £40.
As a guide, one pallet would be £40 – £80 + VAT depending on the delivery postcode.
After you have completed your purchase we will work out any additional shipping fee and contact you for payment if necessary.
Delivery time will be six to eight weeks from date of order unless otherwise informed. It is not expected that any delivery will be made by split delivery however, in the event that a split delivery is required, no extra charge will be made.
Our chosen carriers are national companies and are very reliable. However it is possible for deliveries to be delayed. We can not accept any loss for delayed delivery. Delivery is made to ‘kerbside’ – this means that you are responsible to take the items from the vehicle that is delivering them. Whilst most drivers are happy to help they are not contracted to do so.
All furniture is guaranteed for a period of six months from the date of delivery.
Crewe Orlando always tries to ensure that the information on this website is accurate and up to date, however we cannot guarantee its complete accuracy. Crewe Orlando will not be liable for any loss or damage, consequential, direct or indirect arising under these terms and conditions or in connection with this website.
All matters of law relating to this website will be deemed to be the law of England and Wales.

We only hold your details for the purposes of your order. We do not use your details for marketing and your details are held securely and never passed to third parties.
